The project contract has been completed with the Municipality of Bodrum/Göltürkbükü Belediyesi at the beginning of 2009 and has been completed in a very short time.
Within the project scope: excavation has been performed in very hard rock ground without utilization of explosives. Concrete pools, administrative buildings, concrete roads have been constructed. The facility influent has been brought from the transfer station elevation by DN 355 mm HDPE pipes. The effluent has been discharged by installing using DN 355 mm HDPE pipes.
The whole electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical installations of the facility have been completed. A SCADA automation system has been installed which enables the complete control of the facility from one point. For the dewatering of the sludge within the facility, sludge drying beds have been constructed. The facility has been commissioned and operated for 3 months. A fully equipped wastewater laboratory has been established in the facility.
The facility has been handed over in operation to the employer.
