Within the scope of the project the works that completed before the handed over are; 2 units of solid waste storage lots on a land area and coating of these lots geosynthetic clay cover, 2 mm thick geomembrane and 1200 gr/m² geotextile, supply and spreading of drainage gravel, construction of prefabricated administrative buildings, workshops and garage building, supply and installation of sorting facility and sorting equipment, construction of leachate pond, pumping station construction, fire water reserve depot building and cesspits, supply and installation of HDPE pipes with various diameters and ATU, supply and installation of fire water piping and hydrants, performance of the installation of electrical and mechanical accessories, supply and installation weighbridge, supply of generator, installation of site illumination and other auxiliary facilities. Upon performance of provisional acceptance and final acceptance in 2008 and October 2009, respectively, the Project was delivered to Afyon Provincial Provincial Environmental Services Union.
